I’m a New Yorker—born and raised. Growing up, sneakers were more than footwear—they were identity. A fresh pair of kicks had a way of resetting your whole day. New shoes meant confidence, pride, and that unmistakable feeling of walking a little taller. In New York, style and energy start from the ground up, and that fresh-pair feeling always meant you were ready for whatever the city threw at you.

Before New York fully embraced legal cannabis, I made the move to Maine. What started as a leap of faith became the foundation for everything that followed. In Maine, a successful cannabis operation was built from the ground up—learning the industry inside and out, sharpening my business skills, and laying the groundwork for something bigger. It was also where my wife and I began building our family, grounding the journey in purpose beyond business.

As New York prepared to legalize, the vision came full circle.

When the time was right, I partnered with Veterans Choice Creations to launch Thrive High Co.—a brand rooted in authenticity, quality, and culture. Our debut line, NY Kicks, is a direct reflection of where it all began.

NY Kicks is a New York–driven cultural experience designed to shake up the cannabis space. Inspired by sneaker culture and that unmatched fresh-pair feeling, our gummies are meant to deliver the same thing—comfort, confidence, and a moment to feel good. After extensive market research, surveys, and hands-on development, we curated 11 carefully selected flavors, each intentionally crafted and refined. Every tin represents a distinct aspect of New York—its neighborhoods, its energy, its creativity, and its lifestyle.
